Paul is a GP in Sheffield. He is Chief Executive of Patient Opinion, a website where patients can rank health services and share their stories of their care experiences.
Paul has worked as a consultant to the King's Fund, Primary Care Trusts, Strategic Health Authorities and the Department of Health. He has published widely including in the British Medical Journal, British Journal of General Practice and the Guardian.
