Emily Mason is a researcher and film-maker for Maslaha, providing essential support to all of Maslaha's programmes. Emily is multi talented and a natural at juggling formidable skills in research and communication, as well as coming up with great ideas for how to improve and expand our work. She is also a whizz at film and audio.
Education: BA Drama and Film, Bristol University. MA Modern History, King's College, London.
Work interests: Community engagement, wellbeing and belonging - the role local government and neighborhood and local organisations can play in engaging people with their communities and creating civic and social cohesion, inclusion and responsibility.
